Dear Homeowner;

The 2024 Annual Meeting of the Valley Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc. will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 7 at the Lewisville Public Library (Crawford Room). This year’s meeting will be held exclusively in-person, no Zoom option will be available.

The Association is a non-profit corporation chartered under the laws of the State of Texas and, as such, is required to hold an Annual Meeting. The meeting has been called by the Board of Directors for the purpose of reviewing the Association’s operational and financial activity over the past year and addressing any new business brought before the Association.

At this meeting the Board of Directors will also be going over the upcoming necessary procedure to renew the non-profit entity status for the Valley Oaks Homeowners Association. This renewal will be due to happen on January 1, 2025. We will be taking a vote authorizing the Board to proceed with this action at this meeting.
