It is with heavy hearts we inform our close community that Francine Wilson has passed away. Fran and her husband Robert were one of our original homeowners, living here since 1997. She played a significant role in the HOA over many years, including various roles from VP, Secretary, and Treasurer; she was an interracial part with the block parties, crime watch, and National Night Out over the years.
