AGENDA

I. Call to Order and Verify a Quorum of Homeowners is present

II. Approval of Minutes from March 1, April 5, Oct. 26, 2022 homeowners meetings.

III. Review of drafted amendment documents and ACC Guidelines

IV. Questions over amendments to be voted on (limit 2 minutes per homeowner)

V. Vote on approval of the amendments

VI.Adjourn the meeting

A quorum of homeowners was not met, through in-person attendance or proxy votes, at the Oct. 26 called meeting. This next meeting will have a reduced requirement of homeowners required to vote on the amendments. Documents tied to these agenda items will be sent out to homeowners in the coming weeks.
